The Barth Riesling Fructus is made from 100% Riesling fermented in stainless steel tanks. Light gold in color with aromas of ripe peaches, apricot and lemon. The palate shows an excellent balance of sugar and acidity with and added mineral complexity. 25 g/l of residual sugar. Enjoy with spicy Asian cuisine.
